Initial Evaluation
During the initial evaluation we will discuss your reasons for seeking out counseling, relevant history, and tentative treatment goals and options. Insurance CPT Code 90791; 45-55 minutes, $250
Standard Therapy Session
Typical therapy sessions will focus on your unique goals, barriers, and techniques. Insurance CPT Code 90834; 38-52 minutes, $215
Extended Therapy Session
Slightly longer sessions when needed. Insurance CPT Code 90837; 53-60 minutes; $225
Shortened Therapy Session
Not often used, but sometimes happens as things improve and there is less to talk about. Insurance CPT Code 90832; 16-37 minutes; $175
Insurance
Out of Network: If you have out of network benefits I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier, as they may reimburse you for all or part of the cost.
